The Profile

Harry Zahavi.

Builder. Strategist. Practitioner.

“When you have an ambitious idea for a software product, Harry Zahavi is the person you go to, if you want it done — and done excellently.”

I have spent over a decade inside production codebases, architecting distributed platforms, and operating companies. My mandate is simple: Have the idea. Learn what you need to learn. Build the thing. Make it useful. Everything I do is grounded in empirical evidence, real-world constraints, architectural trade-offs, and lessons earned in the arena.

I don't see technology, business, and self-mastery as separate silos. I write software because I love turning difficult technical challenges into systems that run with zero downtime. I build businesses because code without commercial viability is just an expensive hobby. And I cultivate disciplined self-mastery because the quality of what you build is always connected to the quality of the person building it.

The Foundations

Three Domains.
One Standard.

Technology teaches precision. Business teaches consequence. Mastery teaches control. Together, they shape how I operate.

01 / TECHNOLOGY

Software, Architecture & Products

Software architecture, product engineering, scalable systems, and turning difficult technical problems into products that actually work in the real world. From distributed systems to high-concurrency engines, precision engineering is where leverage begins.

Systems & Products
02 / BUSINESS

Ventures, Strategy & Economics

Building ventures, understanding markets, designing business models, making commercial decisions, building teams, and taking ideas from concept to something people actually pay for. A product only matters if it creates durable, repeatable value.

Ventures & Strategy
03 / MASTERY

Cognitive Discipline & Self-Command

The internal work. Clear thinking, discipline, emotional control, and the ability to stay useful when things become difficult. You can build great things and still sabotage yourself; mastering your own mind is the ultimate competitive advantage.

Mindset & Discipline
Operating Principles

How I Work

These aren't corporate core values drafted in a boardroom. They are personal operating principles forged through years of building software, starting companies, and navigating high-stakes environments.

PRINCIPLE 01

Ideas are only valuable when you build them.

You don't really know what product you're building until you start building it. Assumptions and pitch decks are cheap. True understanding comes when code meets actual users.

PRINCIPLE 02

The fastest, cheapest, highest-quality product doesn't exist.

You cannot cheat the laws of software physics. Sustainable commercial products are built by acknowledging quality–time–cost trade-offs honestly instead of cutting dangerous corners.

PRINCIPLE 03

The hardest part of building in Africa isn't tech — it's infrastructure.

You cannot copy-paste Silicon Valley solutions into Nigerian or African realities. Building for emerging markets requires resilient offline-first architectures, idempotent payment retries, and local empathy.

PRINCIPLE 04

AI won't replace good engineers. It will expose bad ones.

Tools amplify output, but they cannot replace judgment, architectural rigor, and understanding the financial and security consequences of technical decisions.

PRINCIPLE 05

Before you build a great company, master yourself.

The hardest person you'll ever manage as a founder is yourself. Self-mastery, emotional discipline, and cognitive clarity are the foundation for any meaningful impact.

PRINCIPLE 06

Consistency beats talent when talent isn't disciplined.

Raw intellect without consistency produces abandoned prototypes. Relentless, disciplined execution turns difficult ideas into market-defining institutions.

PRINCIPLE 07

Creativity and engineering belong together.

Technical excellence does not have to come at the expense of human emotion or aesthetic elegance. The best products live at the intersection of systematic logic and storytelling.

PRINCIPLE 08

Build things that outlive you.

Legacy is not measured in social applause. It is proven by software, companies, and trained engineers that continue solving problems and creating value long after you leave the room.

Core Dimensions

What I Actually Do

These are not separate identities. They are different expressions of the same underlying obsession: building things that matter, solving complex problems, and mastering the discipline required to execute.

01 / Engineering

Technology & Architecture

Software architecture, backend systems, high-concurrency cloud engines, APIs, and scalable infrastructure engineered for zero downtime and low latency.

02 / Enterprise

Venture & Products

Turning concepts into live products, designing business models, assembling technical teams, structuring go-to-market strategies, and building sustainable companies.

03 / Human Potential

Talent & Self-Mastery

Mentoring software engineers through CodeRigi, and coaching builders toward cognitive clarity, emotional discipline, and the self-command needed for high-stakes execution.

04 / Communication

Brand, Narrative & Content

Designing brand positioning, visual identities, founder narratives, and clear content systems that communicate why an idea matters and how it leads the market.

05 / Ecosystem

Communities & Culture

Catalyzing environments of belonging and growth — from developer talent networks and The Geniuses Catalyst Circle to The rigitiX Tribe and cultural experiences.

06 / Stage & Voice

Speaking & Ideas

Keynotes, panels, and intellectual essays delivering frameworks on technology frontiers, founder psychology, and the discipline of building without permission.

07 / Artistic & Creative Expression As Zahavii

Music, Storytelling & Performance

Beyond software and venture architecture, Harry creates music as Zahavii — a recording artist, songwriter, spoken-word creator, and creative director. For Harry, musical and artistic craft is another pure expression of discipline, rhythm, and emotional truth.

The Philosophy

I don't like building from the sidelines.

There is a fundamental difference between talking about building companies and actually building them. The business landscape is full of advisors and commentators who observe the game from comfortable vantage points. That is not where I operate.

I believe true authority is forged in the arena. It comes from writing code late into the night, diagnosing why a database bottlenecked under real traffic, negotiating a high-stakes partnership, hiring people who are smarter than you, making difficult commercial calls when information is incomplete, and living with the direct consequences of your decisions.

When you build in the real world, you cannot hide behind theory. Your software either runs or it crashes. Your business either generates revenue or it dies. Your mind either remains steady under pressure or it breaks. That direct feedback loop is the greatest teacher I have ever known.

Core Conviction
"The quality of what you build is always connected to the quality of the person building it."

Poor thinking eventually shows up in poor products, poor decisions, poor leadership, and fragile execution. Likewise, clarity, discipline, and self-command inevitably reveal themselves in the resilience and elegance of what you create.
