Most bootcamps and computer science programs teach syntax in isolated toy environments. When graduates enter real companies, they struggle with production realities — debugging under live traffic, understanding database bottlenecks, managing technical debt, and making sound commercial trade-offs.
03 / What I Did
Founded and built the company from the ground up. I established the operational structure, shaped the curriculum around real-world software studio apprenticeships, hired the team, and led client engineering delivery.
04 / How I Thought About It
Instead of treating engineering education like an academic course, I designed it as an active apprenticeship inside a functioning software studio. Students work on production-grade repositories, submit pull requests with strict code reviews, and learn why architectural decisions affect the bottom line.
05 / What I Built
The end-to-end learning platform, production staging sandboxes, automated code assessment pipelines, the developer community hub (The Geniuses Catalyst Circle), and client software delivery workflows.
06 / The Architecture & System
Architected a modular learning and deployment environment with containerized testing sandboxes, project tracking engines, and automated assessment services built with Laravel, Node.js, and Docker.
